We all of have one or maybe two habits we do regularly that help all of our other healthy habits fall into place. It's like the domino (and force behind it) that knocks down the entire stack. For my husband, it's consistent exercise. He notices that if he stays consistent with his training and exercise, he tends to go to bed earlier, eat healthier foods, and generally make better healthy choices. For myself, my habit lynch pin is a bedtime before 10PM. That will set me up to get more sleep (well, until our newborn shows up in March!). Good sleep ensures I have the energy to train well, work well, take care of my family, take care of myself, and feel happier.
